Jones Day advised an alliance of civic leaders and local business leaders, the Civic Consulting Alliance (CCA), regarding the formation of a network to support the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in a manner that provides improved access to care for the various uninsured populations in Cook County and the City of Chicago. This network is a unique public private partnership designed to maximize access to needed quality health care services.
