Cumulus Media refinances senior secured credit facility

Client(s) Cumulus Media Inc.

Jones Day represented Cumulus Media Inc., the largest pure-play radio broadcast company in the United States based on station count, in the refinancing of its senior secured credit facility as well as the repayment of its second lien credit facilities. The senior secured credit facility consisted of $2.025 billion in term loans and a $200 million revolving credit facility.
