Client(s) Gray Television, Inc.

Jones Day represented Gray Television, Inc., a television broadcasting company, in connection with its issuance of $365 million in aggregate principal amount of 10 1/2% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2015 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Citadel Securities acted as joint book-running managers.
