Jones Day counseled Ventech, an organization which provides complete engineering, procurement, construction and start-up services to the refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries, in its purchase of $6.5 million of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by SkyRecon Systems, a global provider of system and data security solutions.
