Jones Day Washington lawyers assisted with the formation and application for tax-exempt status of the US-Iran Cultural Alliance, a charity dedicated to improving relations between the U.S. and Iran by fostering mutual understanding among their citizens. The Alliance will facilitate and sponsor informal ("Track II") diplomacy efforts, people-to-people exchanges, and educational outreach programs, including art and film exhibits.
