Jones Day advised RoundTable Healthcare Partners L.P. in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company Bioniche Pharma, a developer and manufacturer of injectable pharmaceuticals, of seven currently marketed injectable generic products and a number of products in development from GeneraMedix Inc., a pharmaceutical company engaged in developing, marketing, and distributing generic injectable products.
