Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company ASHI Holding Company of the outstanding equity interests of EMP Canada Services Ltd., a British Columbia-based provider of first aid and industrial safety training, and Adanac College of Emergency Management Programs, Inc., a developer and marketer of training materials and provider of industrial safety training progress.
