LaSalle forms joint venture to own and manage luxury hotels and resorts in the U.S.

Client(s) LaSalle Investment Management, Inc.

Jones Day represented LaSalle Investment Management, Inc., in the formation of a joint venture with LaSalle Hotel Properties, a leading multi-operator real estate investment trust, to own and manage luxury hotels and resorts in the United States. The two companies plan to invest up to an aggregate of $250 million of equity in the joint venture. With anticipated leverage, this will result in investments of up to $700 million.
