JumpStart invests in RSP Tooling

Jones Day counseled JumpStart Inc. in its purchase of a Senior Secured Convertible Note issued by RSP Tooling, LLC, a company that has commercialized a process for manufacturing dies and molds by spraying atomized molten tool steel onto a ceramic negative thus reducing production lead times and producing tools with increased tool life.
