Jones Day represented JumpStart Inc. in its purchase of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by reXorce Thermionics, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of the Thermafficient thermal engine, which recovers thermal energy from a wide variety of thermal sources that is transformed into useable electricity, cooling, and heating.
