Jones Day advised Fonds de Consolidation et Développement des Entreprises (FCDE), as lead investor, in connection with a €19 million (US$27.4 million) investment by FCDE, EPF Partners, and BNPP Développement in The Gimaex Group, a manufacturer of rescue and firefighting vehicles, of which FCDE contributed €9.5 million (US$13.7 million).
