As part of a coordinated effort by several petitioners, Jones Day successfully petitioned the Supreme Court to review the Ninth Circuit's decision addressing the scope of the Mobile-Sierra doctrine in Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County Washington, 471 F.3d 1053 (9th Cir. 2006).
