Jones Day represented Array Technologies Inc., a leading global provider of solar tracking technology and fixed-tilt products, foundation solutions, software systems and services, in connection with an amendment and extension to its senior credit facility, which included a $204 million increase to its revolving credit facility, bringing the total size of the credit facilities to $370 million.
