Jones Day advised A2A S.p.A. in the sale of three assets in Milan (A2A's iconic historical headquarters in Corso di Porta Vittoria (18,000 sqm in the historic center) and two assets in the Scalo - Porta Romana area (8,000 sqm with a development capability of 14,000 sqm) and in the Navigli - San Cristoforo district (building area of approximately 36,000 sqm, which will be dedicated to residential developments), respectively).
