Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $325 million revolving credit facility, with a $150 million letter of credit sublimit and a $30 million swing line commitment, provided to The Davey Tree Expert Company, a provider of a wide range of arboricultural, horticultural, environmental, and consulting services to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
