Jones Day represented a data technology company in an SEC investigation of fraud, books and records, and internal controls. After several presentations and submissions to the SEC staff, including the Enforcement Division Director, the matter was concluded with a substantially lower penalty, trimmed allegations, and the company's remedial steps described in the SEC order settling the matter.
