Santander Bank provides $120 million senior secured credit facility to The Eastern Company

Jones Day represented Santander Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with a $120 million senior secured credit facility provided to The Eastern Company, a manufacturer of industrial hardware, security products, and metal castings, and certain of its subsidiaries. The senior secured credit facility consisted of a $100 million term loan commitment and $20 million revolving commitment.
