Jones Day advised a pool of banks composed of Banca IMI, Mediobanca, Raiffeisen Bank International, Société Générale, and UniCredit in connection with the issuance of a €500 million (US$563.6 million) Fixed Rate Bond by Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. The Bonds are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and fully placed by qualified investors.
