Banca IMI issues two series of notes

Jones Day assisted Banca IMI, as distributor, in connection with the issuance of two series of notes by Mediobanca to be placed to retail investors in Italy through Intesa San Paolo. The first series due 2024 has a fixed step-up coupon for a total amount of €657 million while the second series, due 2024 has a floored variable coupon for a total amount of €187 million. The two issues of bonds are made under the EMTN Programme of the issuer and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
