Mediobanca acts as arranger in update of EMTN program worth €40 billion

Jones Day advised Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., as arranger, in connection with the update of the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program worth €40 billion (US$45.7 billion) of Mediobanca and Mediobanca International. The Notes will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
