Jones Day advised Adaxtra Capital in connection with the formation and fundraising of Adaxtra Sélection 2019, a fund of funds dedicated to venture capital, growth capital, and buyout capital. Adaxtra Sélection 2019 received commitments in the amount of €20 million.
