Semiconductor manufacturer prevails before Italian Supreme Court

Jones Day successfully represented a semiconductor manufacturer before the Italian Supreme Court in an appeal filed by an Italian manufacturing company. The Italian manufacturer appealed the decision issued by the Court of Appeal of Venice, which upheld our client's appeal and revoked the order of payment issued in favor of the Italian manufacturer by the first instance Court of Padua.
