International wireless device company obtains settlement, prevents enforcement actions in injunction proceedings

Jones Day successfully obtained a settlement on behalf of an international wireless device company as a debtor in court injunction proceedings brought by an Italian telecommunications company as a creditor. The telecommunications company obtained a court payment injunction against our client that had 40 days to appeal. After failing to appeal, the wireless device company retained Jones Day to handle the case and seek a settlement with the telecommunications company in order to avoid enforcement actions.
