Jones Day advised Banco di Desio e della Brianza S.p.A. and Société Générale in connection with the establishment of the Euro Medium Term Note programme. The Programme will allow the issuer to issue non-secured and subordinated Senior bonds to institutional investors for the maximum amount of €3 billion (US$3.4 million).
