Unigrains forms Fondo Agroalimentare Italiano

Jones Day represented Unigrains SA in connection with the formation of the Italian private equity fund Fondo Agroalimentare Italiano which completed its first closing with commitments of nearly €40 million (US$47.1 million). Sponsored by Unigrains, the Fund’s subscribers included French, Italian and Swiss institutional investors and family offices as well as several Italian entrepreneurs. FAI accompanies the development of Italian agri-food SMEs.
