Jones Day represented Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc., a global leader in energy and environmental technologies and services for the power and industrial markets, in connection with the Company's rights offering. The Company issued 124.3 million common shares in connection with the rights offering, including approximately 23.4 million shares purchased by a backstop purchaser. The rights offering, including the backstop, generated aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $248.5 million.
