Suez forms joint venture with La Poste

Client(s) Suez RV France S.A.

Jones Day advised Suez RV France S.A. on the creation of a joint venture with La Poste S.A., which is active in the collection and recovery of non-hazardous office waste in France. After a referral by the European Commission, the transaction was authorized by the French competition authority subject to merger control remedies in December 2017.
