Jones Day counseled a public non-U.S. company regarding requirements relating to acquiring a U.S. subsidiary that maintains a facility security clearance. This work included working through the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS") and Defense Security Service ("DSS") Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence ("FOCI") mitigation processes.
