Jones Day represented Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, a manufacturer and distributor of rubber products, in connection with an amendment to its existing credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as agent, and an amendment and restatement of its existing receivables purchase agreement with PNC Bank, National Association.
