Cleveland-Cliffs amends and restates existing credit facility

Client(s) Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.

Jones Day represented Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., a leading mining and natural resources company in the United States, in connection with the amendment and restatement of its existing senior secured asset-based credit facility agreement with Bank of America, N.A., as agent and Australian security trustee. The amendment consisted of an extension to the maturity date and the overall size of the credit facility was reduced from $550 million to $450 million.
