Jones Day was retained by a chemicals business to conduct an internal investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct by the company’s CEO that also involved another senior executive. Jones Day provided board advice and counsel on the separation of both the CEO and the other executive, and negotiated the resolution of both separations.
