Mediobanca acts as arranger in €40 billion amendment of EMTN Programme

Jones Day provided advice to Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., as arranger, in connection with drafting the documentation relating to the amendment of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Mediobanca and Medioabanca International for €40 billion (US$49 billion). The dealer panel was composed of Banca Akros, Banca IMI, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Mediobanca, Mediobanca International, Société Générale, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and UniCredit.
