Jones Day represented BNP Paribas, Banca IMI, Natixis, Société Générale, and UniCredit Bank AG in connection with the issuance by Banco Desio e della Brianza of a series of covered bond guaranteed by Desio OBG S.r.l., under the Covered Bond Programme of the issuer. The covered bond is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
