KeyBank amends existing credit facility for GTT Communications

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as lender and administrative agent, in connection with an amendment to its existing credit facility provided to GTT Communications, Inc., a multinational telecommunications and internet service provider. The amendment consisted of a $700 million term loan and a $75 million revolving loan.
