Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in the secured financing provided to Track Utilities, LLC, a provider of mission-critical electric and telecommunications infrastructure services, in connection with the acquisition of Kelly Cable of N.M., LLC, a provider of general contracting services. The financing consisted of a term loan and revolving facility.
