Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in the financing provided to the Loar Group Inc., a designer and manufacturer of aerospace components, in connection with the acquisition of Maverick Molding Co., a leader in high temperature polymer composites to the aerospace and aero derivative end markets. The financing consisted of term loans.
