Jones Day represented Council Capital in connection with the acquisition and related financing of a majority of the preferred interests in Triad Learning Systems, LLC, and its subsidiaries, collectively, a developer, creator, and provider of test preparation materials and continuing education materials for the mental health and behavioral health industry, as well as graduate education courses for teachers grades K-12.
