Leading technology and digital services provider avoids termination for default

Jones Day successfully represented a leading technology and digital services provider regarding a Show Cause Notice received from, and potential contract disputes with, its government customer. As a result of an effective response to the Show Cause Notice and negotiations with the government customer, the government agreed to convert its proposed termination for default into a termination for the convenience of the government.
