KeyBank amends and restates existing credit agreement for American Dental Partners

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association in connection with the amendment and restatement of its existing credit agreement provided to American Dental Partners, Inc., a leading provider of dental practice management services. The new credit agreement permitted the incurrence of $50 million in subdebt pursuant to a second lien credit agreement, under which Goldman Sachs acted as administrative agent.
