PolyOne amends and restates credit agreement

Client(s) PolyOne Corporation

Jones Day represented PolyOne Corporation, a premier global provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solutions, and certain of its subsidiaries in connection with a second amended and restated credit agreement providing financing for an increased revolving line of credit up to $450 million and extending the maturity date of the borrowing under its existing credit agreement. Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC acted as administrative agent.
