Gray Television amends and restates credit facility

Jones Day advised Gray Television, Inc., a television broadcast company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, that owns and operates television stations in 31 television markets, in connection with the third amendment and restatement of a $100 million revolving credit facility and $556 million term loan facility arranged by Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada, and Deutsche Bank.
