Jones Day represented American Greetings Corporation, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of social expressions products, in connection with its amended and restated senior secured credit agreement provided by Bank of America, N.A., as global administrative agent, PNC Bank, National Association, and other lenders. The credit agreement provides a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility, extends the maturity date of borrowings under the facilities, and amends fee and pricing terms.
