Citizens Bank provides $250 million financing to TRC Companies

Jones Day represented Citizens Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, sole lead arranger, and sole bookrunner, in connection with a new credit agreement provided to TRC Companies, Inc., an engineering, consulting, and construction management firm that provides integrated services to the environmental, energy, and infrastructure markets. The financing consisted of a $250 million revolving credit facility, including a swingline commitment of $5 million and a letter of credit commitment of $7.5 million.
