Jones Day represented Novo Seeds in connection with its purchase of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement by CorWave, a medical technology company that develops innovative mechanical circulatory support devices. Sofinnova Partners, Bpifrance, Seventure, and Ysios Capital acted as co-investors in the €15.5 million (US$17.1 million) investment round.
