Jones Day represented Meyer Bergman, Ltd., in connection with the formation of a joint venture and financing for the €110 million purchase of high street buildings and retail units in Dublin’s central shopping district in two deals. The investment in Dublin's retail property sector is for the client's third European Retail Partners fund.
