Bank of America amends and restates existing secured credit agreement for FKA Distributing

Jones Day advised Bank of America, N.A., as agent and lender, in connection with the amendment and restatement of an existing secured credit agreement consisting of a $60 million senior secured U.S. revolving credit facility and a $20 million senior secured UK revolving credit facility provided to FKA Distributing Co., LLC and its subsidiaries. The U.S. facility provides for a seasonal expansion option that will allow the FKA Distributing, subject to certain requirements, to request a seasonal increase in the facility up to an additional $10 million, for a potential total commitment of $90 million across both the U.S. and UK facilities.
