Jones Day has represented Koelnmesse for several years in connection with numerous antitrust lawsuits brought by art galleries which were not admitted to the ART COLOGNE art fair, one of the two leading contemporary arts fairs in Europe, claiming abuse of dominant position. A number of cases were successfully tried before the Regional Court of Cologne as well as on appeal before the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf.
