Jones Day advised Navistar International Corporation, a manufacturer of international brand commercial and military trucks, MaxxForce brand diesel engines, IC Bus brand school and commercial buses, as well as a provider of service parts for trucks and diesel engines, in connection with its sale of substantially all of the assets of the Waukesha division of subsidiary PurePOWER Technologies Metalcastings Group to Renaissance Manufacturing Group, a caster of multi-ferrous metals.
