Jones Day represented Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company in connection with the negotiation of an EPC contract for the complete balance of plant necessary for the supply, installation, interconnection, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance and repair of circulating, dry flue gas desulphurization systems at two approximately 569 gross MW sub-critical coal-fired steam electric generation facilities located in Noble County, Oklahoma, which is part of its environmental retrofit program to comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Regional Haze Rules.
