Jones Day represented E.ON Global Commodities North America LLC (EGC) in negotiations with Boardwalk Pipeline Partner's Gulf South Pipeline, which led to the execution of a precedent agreement that will provide for EGC to become a shipper of natural gas through the planned Coastal Bend Header project near Freeport, Texas.
